About clay
Ceramics making is a long process full of unexpected moments. One piece takes two to three weeks to make from start to finish. First the object is hand modeled or hand poured using german clay. After a few days of drying when, the clay is leather hard, the object can be buffed and perfected. After a whole week of drying it's finally ready for bisk baking. At 1050°C, it will stay in the kiln for 24 hours.
The next step is glazing. Three coats of glaze are hand painted on each piece. The object is then ready for its second baking round reaching 1250°C it spends a day and a half in the kiln. The colors only reaveal themselves after baking, you never know for sure what you're gonna get!
